Christmas musical

This year the third through fifth graders presented a Christmas concert. I only knew one song that they sang. It's the one the Chipmunks sing about a hula hoop.
All the songs were beautiful. The third grade (Alex's class) sang first, they were great. We got lots of video of Alex singing her heart out. She loves to sing. She was one of the few who did not need to be threatened with an F if they didn't show up, she was goin!!

Then we watched the fourth graders sing. They did good as well. There was a little girl in the very back row that kept the whole auditorium entertained. She was so surprised to see ALL of her family there, she went a little crazy. It was a hoot!

Then came the fifth graders (Sydney's class). They had some really difficult songs that were sang in two parts and in rounds. They were amazing! The songs were again some I had never heard, but they are songs I will not soon forget. After the fifth grade class finished, the third through fifth grade students took to the stage and sang two songs for the finale. AMAZING! Again, they were sang in rounds and parts. I was floored, it sounded like a professional children's choir. I was quite amazed. The auditorium was packed, standing room only, and the local Burger King shut down early since most of the workers were related to the kids singing.
The girls did great, looked beautiful, and the songs helped make it really feel like Christmas. Good job girls! We love you!!
