The Easter Bunny went a little over board this year, but hey they're only young once right?!
The girls had a great time wearing their Bunny ears and playing with all their Easter toys. The Easter Bunny didn't bring any candy this year. Thank goodness! We always have to throw candy out around here! (can you see the science fair projects in the background? Thank goodness that's over!)
Then it was off to the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. What a great day for it. The weather was beautiful, we saw tons of friends, and enjoyed spending the day together as a family.
It was a packed house this year. Glad we went early to get a good parking spot and a good seat!
The kids were so excited to get down on the field, they had a hard time standing still for a picture.
Alex and her BFF Yasmine! Alex had to have her hair cut short just like her BFF. These girls are pretty much inseparable at school (at recess anyways since their in different classes!)
The girls with their FULL Easter baskets. There were over 5000 Easter Eggs this year!! They must have gotten at least 25 hard boiled eggs. We didn't win any prizes this year but we didn't care. We had so much fun. We can;t wait until next year. Actually I can, I'm pretty sick of eggs at the moment!
