2008 was a pretty rough year for us, so I am not sorry to see it go in least! We had a blast celebrating with my parents for New Year Eve. We're ready and excited for 2009!
We started the night off by playing Bratz with girls...
Then went on to snacks, candy, and soda pop.....
Dad took his usual position on the couch, watching CNN with his eyes closed....
Alex tried so hard to make it to midnight, she feel asleep about 11:40PM....
Sydney and Alex were soooooo excited when it was finally midnight......
Sydney was a trooper and stayed up until the big ball dropped...
Mommy and her still recovering body stayed up too......
We woke Alex up so she could pop some of the party favors. We lit a few fireworks (thanks Adam!), popped our many poppers and were chased back inside scared because one of our neighbors was shooting his shotgun in the air! How dumb can you be, ever heard of Megan's law?!?! Ended our celebrating pretty quick, but it was definitely a night to be remembered!

Cute! You guys have so much fun. Looks like Mom got her hair cut. Did she make her salsa dip for you? Good stuff! Where's Clay? Did he have to work? Never ending job......chasing M words.....you know what I mean! Love you guys!
