Yesterday after school, we went to a staff meeting/ Christmas party. It was a lot of fun. They had it catered at no cost to us. There was enchiladas, Chili rellenos, beans, rice, tamales, chips and hot sauce. Wow was it good! We also played a gift exchange game and went home. Short and sweet, my kind of party!
Most Mondays we have staff meetings after school. If Clay is off then he'll come pick up the kids. Sydney likes to go to the staff meeting because their in the library and she can read all the books she wants to. Alex would rather go home, do her homework and have a snack. They both enjoyed yesterdays meeting. They were spoiled by the staff! They got to eat, participate in our reindeer games, and left with WAY to much candy! Sydney asked me this morning if we had a meeting today. No!

Cute pics of the girls! I loved your Christmas card! You know me...I'm never on top of things enough to get them out. Blog pics will have to do! Bravo to you Roxanne! And you're so right about the simplicity thing...keeping it simple allows us more time to be reflective and just enjoy the special people around us. :)
