Wild Monsoons

We love the monsoons at our house. The kids had a blast the other day watching the storm head straight for us. They must have sat looking out our front window for a good hour or so. They watched the lightning and the clouds until the storm got to close. It was getting to dark outside to see anything in between the lightning strikes when they finally put their binos down. We had some of the loudest thunder I've heard in a long time when this storm rolled through. It rained pretty good until about 2AM. We are so thankful for the rain we have gotten lately, we can't wait for more!
